Self-made moon cakes can be preserved for about 20 days after sealing, because they are made without preservatives, so the preservation time is limited. If exposed without sealing, it can only be stored for 3-5 days. I won't eat it if it's too late. It's not worthwhile to eat a bad stomach. You can buy a packaging and sealing machine online, and you can use it every year after you buy it.
