Medium gluten flour

Water
300g
First step, prepare medium gluten flour 500g of flour and 300g of water.
Step two, mix the flour. Add the water to the flour and mix well to form a floury dough;
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Step 3: Knead the dough into a long strip and divide it into equal portions.
The fourth step is to roll out the dough, making sure the center is thick and the edges are thin, so that the dumpling skins are ready.
