Sauerkraut 200g
Shredded meat 150g
Ginger 3 slices
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Chicken essence 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp

How to Make Noodles With Sauerkraut And Shredded Meat ?
Shred the meat and sauerkraut separately. Marinate the meat in a little soy sauce and oil for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat with ginger until raw, then add the sauerkraut, stir-fry for a few minutes, then add soy sauce and half a bowl of lukewarm water and bring to a boil. Finally seasoned with chicken essence can be served. This is mixed with noodles to eat, the flavor can be slightly salty.
