Exercise:
1. Mix flour, egg liquid, sugar and lard, add appropriate amount of water, stir well, and knead until the tendons are out to form water-oil dough.
2. Mix the remaining flour, lard and butter, and knead into dough, which becomes crispy dough.
3. Wrap the two pieces of dough with plastic wrap and put them in the freezer 10 minute.
