Use a rice cooker to make a cake

Materials: 4 eggs, flour, chocolate powder, sugar, milk, butter

Steps:

1. Separate the egg whites and yolks; melt the butter and set aside;

2. Flour 3 tablespoons chocolate powder, sieve 3-4 times and set aside;

3. Add 3 tablespoons of white sugar to the egg yolks, beat well, then add melted butter, beat well, then add sifted flour (add in 2-3 times), beat well, finally add milk (appropriate amount), beat evenly. Backup,;

4. Start beating the egg whites, beat vigorously in a clockwise direction, and add an appropriate amount of sugar in three batches. The egg whites will be very thick in about 10-15 minutes. Turn the basin upside down, and it will be considered ready if the egg whites are no longer left.

5. Add the beaten egg whites into the batter in batches, stir it up and down with a wooden spatula, and mix the batter and egg white paste evenly.

6. Pour the batter into the preheated and buttered rice cooker, press the cooking button, and then press the cooking button again 10 minutes after the rice cooker jumps to keep warm. Repeat this 3 times, and the cake will be ready.

Note: My rice cooker is extremely small and the simplest one. It jumps from cooking to keeping warm in 5 minutes. The time of each rice cooker is different, so you need to control the time yourself. As long as you insert a toothpick into the cake and pull it out clean, the cake is ready

This is how my mother makes it. It’s very nice to do the same when you go home
