From July 2065438 to July 2005, the plaintiff found that the "Haizhiyan" beverage sold by a supermarket in Zhengzhou Railway Station and produced by a food company in Kaifeng was the same as the plaintiff's product, with the bottle labeled "Haizhiyan", similar to the trademark of the plaintiff's product, and the other design features were the same as the plaintiff's product.
