The purpose of venting is to exhaust the air in the can and food as much as possible, so that a certain degree of vacuum can be formed after the can is sealed, which can be preserved for a longer time.

There are too many kinds of canned food now, instead of the single canned hawthorn we ate in the past, there are canned peaches, canned lychees and canned peaches, and now people have a good life and can eat all kinds of canned food at any time if they want, but I still like the canned hawthorn that I ate as a child best.
