Tools/materials: four pieces of curry, three small potatoes, half a carrot, half a cucumber, a plate of leftover rice, proper amount of cooking oil, salt and 2 small bowls of clear water.
1, first all the potatoes, carrots and cucumbers are diced.
2, add the right amount of cooking oil to the pot to heat up, add carrots and stir-fry red oil.
3. Add potatoes and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add diced cucumber and curry, season with salt, and continue to stir fry.
4. Add 2 small bowls of water and cook until the potatoes are cooked.
5. Cook on low heat until the curry melts, turn to high heat, and cook until the soup is thick, then take it out and pour it on the rice.
