Ingredients?
500g fennel
An appropriate amount of flour
An appropriate amount of salt
An appropriate amount of shrimp oil or sesame oil
An appropriate amount of vinegar
An appropriate amount of light soy sauce
How to steam fennel?
Remove the roots of fennel, wash it, and control the water. It must be kept clean so that it is good
Cut into sections and add a little salt, not too much, because fennel itself is a salty vegetable
Add flour
Mix well, not too much flour
Steam for 10 minutes
Steamed
Dipping in the sauce is really the finishing touch
Tips
1. For dipping sauce, I used shrimp oil that I made myself. If you don’t have it, you can use sesame oil instead, and add vinegar, light soy sauce, and minced garlic
2. Wash the fennel and keep the water dry so that it tastes good when steamed and will not stick
