The easiest way to make fish roe is as follows:
Tools/materials: fresh fish roe in moderation, salt, sugar, water, olive oil.
1, soak the fish roe in salted water, soaking time depends on personal taste, usually 10-30 minutes.
2: Place the fresh fish roe in a bowl, rinse well under running cold water, and then gently dry the water with a paper towel.
3: Using a small bowl of seasoning, mix the salt, sugar and water well in a ratio of 1:1:4, then soak the roe in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
4: Remove the fish roe from the marinade, rinse well with water, and then gently dry it with paper towels.
5. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan, place the fish roe on the bottom of the pan, and slowly sear the roe over medium-low heat, turning the roe over and over, until golden brown on the outside and lightly golden brown on the surface.
