Generally speaking, Spanish churros are made with dough made of flour, but potato flour is also used. The dough is extruded through a lacy extruder to make the dough sticks patterned, and then put into a pan for frying. The fried dough sticks are sprinkled with sugar or cinnamon powder to make a delicious snack.
Ingredients: low-gluten flour, butter, water, salt, eggs
1. Put a cup of water, a tablespoon of butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a pot and cook over medium heat. Turn on
2. Add a cup of flour, turn to low heat, and slowly stir into a thinner dough
3. Turn off the heat, add three eggs, and mix well
4. Heat the oil pan, add a little more oil, and set the heat to medium
5. Put the dough into a piping bag, fit it with a star-shaped nozzle, and squeeze it directly into the oil pan until it fits. Cut to length with chopsticks. Note, if the piping bag is made of plastic, do not put it too close to the oil pan, otherwise the piping bag will deform and the mouth will fall out
6. After frying, take it out and use a napkin to absorb the excess oil. Put it on a plate covered with sugar and roll it a few times, or serve it with chocolate sauce, so you can enjoy it hot!
