Why can spinach remove stains?

White clothes will turn yellow after being stored for a long time. The yellow stains on them are mainly proteins. After spinach is boiled, it will release ingredients that can dissolve the yellowing proteins on the clothes.

Steps to remove stains with spinach:

1. Buy a handful of spinach, blanch it in hot water, take out the spinach and leave only the boiling soup for later use.
