Step 1: Wash and soak 500 grams of rice for 30 minutes. Slice two sausages, take 1 potato, 1 carrot, half green pepper, half onion hob, ginger and garlic and chop them for later use.
Cool the oil in a hot pan, add minced onion and ginger, a part of minced onion and sausage, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in green pepper, potato, carrot and minced onion, add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, boil more than half of onion, and chop ginger and garlic for later use. Pour the white rice into the rice cooker, add water to about 1 cm, press the cooking button and cook. Stir-fry with a small spoon with fuel consumption 1 min, then pour in 4 grams of white sugar, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate and 5 grams of salt and stir well.
Step 2: Pour in the cooked rice and a little water, stir-fry again for 30 seconds, and stir-fry the sausage, green pepper and potatoes evenly. Pour green peppers, potatoes, carrots and diced onions, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute, and then pour 4g of white sugar, 1 potato, 1 carrot, more than half of green peppers and more than half of onions. Pour the white rice into the rice cooker, add water to about 1 cm, press the cooking button and cook.
Tip: The amount of oil is slightly more than the usual amount of cooking, and the cooked rice is smoother and brighter. The rice has been soaked, without adding too much water, and the height is almost 1cm.
