One, sowing propagation
1. Seed treatment: September to October each year, the red bean tree mature seeds picked down, washed with water to remove the aril, the seeds and wet river sand mixed at a ratio of 1:2, open storage over winter. Remove the seeds in mid-March of the following year and place them at room temperature to germinate for one week.
2. Sowing seedlings: before sowing, the seeds should be sterilized with 0.2% potassium permanganate solution, and then rinsed with water. When sowing, the seeds are evenly sown into the moist and loose soil, covering 2-3cm is appropriate. Seedlings should be properly shaded, and moss can be spread to protect the seedlings.
Two, cuttings propagation
1. cuttings pruning: generally in April-July cuttings, can be selected annual or annual semi-woody branches, will be more than 0.2cm thick branches cut 8-10cm as a spike, the lower 1/3 of the leaves cut off, and then put the cut end of the spike in the rooting solution soaked for 5-12 hours.
2. Seedling management: Move the cuttings into the culture soil, keep a ventilated and dry environment, and avoid strong light. Water 2-3 times a day at the beginning and once a day after one month. Pay attention to maintain the temperature at 20-30 ℃ to improve the rooting rate, after rooting can be moved to ordinary soil.
