1. Wash crabs and cut them in half with a knife.

5. Pour the oil into the pot and fry the cross section downwards until golden brown.
6. Stir-fry the crab with onion and ginger until it turns red as a whole, pour in cooking wine and edamame, stir-fry for a while, then pour in soy sauce, a little salt and sugar, and add some water to cover and cook.
7. Add some water to the flour left by the sticky flour just now, stir well, and slowly pour it into the pot and stir fry.
8. Drop a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot.
