It takes about 50 minutes to bake a whole chicken in the oven. The method is as follows:
Preparation materials: three-yellow chicken, Orleans barbecue ingredients, ginger, corn, potatoes, onions, and honey.
1. Take a fresh three-yellow chicken. Remove the chicken head, buttocks, feet and neck lymph, and then cut the chicken from the belly.
2. Add sweet Orleans barbecue seasoning and some ginger slices. Massage the chicken all over to spread the marinade evenly.
3. Massage the whole body of the chicken to spread the marinated meat evenly.
4. Spread the barbecue ingredients evenly, put it in a bag, seal it and marinate it for more than 24 hours. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be. It should usually be placed in the refrigerator to avoid deterioration.
5. Prepare some potatoes, corn and onions.
6. Put the vegetable pieces into the marinated chicken bag, tie it tightly and shake it a few times to make it even.
7. Put the vegetable pieces into the baking pan and put it on the grill.
8. Finally, place the chicken on the grill with the skin facing up. Wrap the tips of the chicken wings and the tail of the chicken legs with tin foil to prevent them from being burned.
9. Set the roasting chicken program in the oven, put it in the baking pan and start roasting. If there is no roast chicken program, set the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 50 minutes.
10. Remember to turn on the hot air function, the color of the chicken skin will be more even and beautiful.
