Method 1
1. Boil the glass bottle with water for 5 minutes and disinfect it for later use.
2. Wash grapefruit with warm water at 65 degrees Celsius. If you don't have a thermometer, you can test the temperature by hand. It's probably hot to touch, but it's enough to touch. Then soak for 5 minutes, so that on the one hand, you can clean the grapefruit skin, and at the same time, you can use the water temperature to make the pores of the grapefruit skin < P > citron tea (2 pieces) < P > open.

4. Put the pickled pomelo peel into clear water and cook for 1 minutes on medium fire to soften and remove bitterness;

For individuals or the elderly who don't like to eat too sweet, the amount of sucrose can be reduced by half or even less, and only 5 grams of sucrose can be added, which is more suitable for people with high blood sugar and blood lipid. On the contrary, for consumers who like bitter taste, they can put less sucrose and add more white pulp to shorten the curing and boiling time.
