Prepare about half a catty of mushrooms, first remove the roots, then cut into thick slices and put them in the pot.

Leave a little base oil in the pot, add green pepper, peanuts and other accessories to stir fry, pour in the fried mushrooms, stir fry quickly 15 seconds, melt all the seasonings, and then turn off the fire and plate.
