The method of strange peanut
1. Put the peanuts in a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. Look at them after 15 minutes according to the size of the peanuts. If they are not ripe, they can be baked for another 5 minutes. When the skin of the peanuts is pinched, they will fall off, and the peanuts are slightly yellow.
2. Twist the skin with your fingers and it will fall off. Peel all the peanuts.
3. Put pepper powder, Chili powder, cumin and salt into a small plate and mix well to prepare dry starch.
4. Put the sugar and water into the pot and turn on the low heat, then keep stirring while heating.
5. The sugar and water in the pot will melt together, and then the water will evaporate slowly with heating, until it becomes thick syrup, and it bubbles and then turns yellowish, so turn down the heat.
6. Pour in the mixed pepper powder, etc., mix it with white syrup with a shovel, pour in peanuts and dried starch, stir fry quickly to coat peanuts with syrup, and turn off the heat.
7. Wait for half a minute, the syrup begins to harden, then pat the peanuts gently with a shovel, and the peanuts are basically dispersed.
8. Pour the cooked peanuts with strange taste into a large plate and let them cool, which will make them crisper and more delicious. It is best to keep them in a sealed container so as not to be affected by moisture.
