Preparation

Main ingredients: 4 taels of beef (160 grams), 1 box of tofu, 2 green onions, 1 stalk of coriander, 1 can of beef broth, 1 cup of water (about half a can), a pinch of salt, sesame oil, and pepper.

Applications: 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 4 tablespoons water.

Steps to prepare

1: Rinse and dry the beef, chop and mince it, and marinate it in the marinade for 10 minutes; cut the green onion into julienne strips, and wash the coriander and remove the leaves.
