Ingredients
150g of ground pork, 300g of purple yam, 2 tbsp of fried onion paste, 1/2 tsp of salt, pepper to taste,
300g of rice flour, 800ml of water.
How to Make

Saute the minced pork, add onion paste, salt and pepper to taste

Grind the purple yam into a paste

Bring 1 tbsp of 1.2-10 tbsp of water to a boil in 500 ml of water

Pour 300 ml of water over 3 tbsp of Ja Lai Rice Noodles to make a paste, then pour in 3 tbsp of water to make a paste and cook on a low heat until thickened.

Pour into the mold (mold oil) electric pot steamed (outside the pot of 2 cups of water)
