Rinse both sides of the purchased pork belly under the faucet with running water, cut off excess oil, and turn the inside of the pork belly outward (that is, turn it over). Then put the pork belly in a basin, add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of vinegar, spread evenly all over the pork belly, and marinate for five minutes.
After marinating with salt and vinegar for five minutes, add an appropriate amount of flour, spread evenly, and continue to marinate for five minutes. Then, rub the pork belly repeatedly with your hands for about three minutes. Finally, stir together two tablespoons of white wine and one tablespoon of soy sauce to spread the pork belly evenly, then rinse it with water. The pork belly will now be white, clean and odorless!
Next, we put the pork belly into the pot, add a little water and ginger slices and cook for five minutes. Take out the cooked pork belly, put it in cold water, and use a knife to scrape off the dirt on the white navel. After cleaning the outside, cut open the belly (thick part) and remove the oil on the inner wall. Then take a small amount of vinegar and salt and rub the belly to remove the smell. Finally, rinse with water until there is no greasy feeling, then put it in the pot and boil it until it is cooked, and cook as you like.
Method 2 for cleaning pork belly: blanch in boiling water:
1. Buy fresh pork belly and rinse it with water;
2. Boil a pot Boil water, which should be very hot. Pour the water on the pork belly so that it is not covered with the pork belly. Wait for two minutes and then drain the water. The membrane on the pork belly will come off here, or you can use a knife to scrape off the membrane.
3. Use a large handful of coarse salt to wash the pork belly inside and out. After washing, wash again with salt;
