Garlic beef cubes
Ingredients:
Two pieces of steak, a whole head of garlic
Method:
1. Wipe the steak dry with kitchen paper, cut into small pieces, add one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce, cracked black pepper, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of cooking oil, one spoonful of starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. It is easier to peel the garlic if it is cut into pieces at the root.
3. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the garlic until golden, take it out and set aside.
4. Fry the beef cubes until golden brown on both sides, add garlic, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, black pepper, chopped parsley, stir-fry and remove from the pan.
