glucose glucose
A starch is not a combination of 3 different patterns of glucose!
Starch with the molecular formula (C6H10O5)n , is a natural polymer compound with a relative molecular mass of several thousand to several hundred thousand, or even more, but the structure is not complex: it is made by the polymerization of n (degree of polymerization) - C6H10O5- (structural monomers), and has nothing to do with glucose.
Starch-glucose connection:
(C6H10O5)n +nH2O===nC6H12O6 (enzyme catalyst)
