Material preparation
The materials needed for making winter melon seaweed soup include:
Wax gourd: 500 grams
Kelp: 50g
Fresh shrimp:100g
Eggs: 2
Salt: the right amount
Clear water: right amount
Onion, ginger and garlic: appropriate amount
Step 1: Prepare ingredients.
First, peel the wax gourd and cut it into small pieces. After washing kelp with water, cut it into shreds. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir well for use. Wash fresh shrimps for later use.
Step 2: Stir-fry the shrimps.
