Organic food refers to food produced and processed according to organic farming and processing methods. These products meet international or national organic food requirements and standards, and have passed the certification of national certification bodies. Organic food usually comes from the organic agricultural production system and is produced and processed according to international organic agricultural production requirements and corresponding standards, including grain, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, livestock products, honey, aquatic products and seasonings. Organic food is characterized by pure nature, no pollution, safety and nutrition, and can also be called "ecological food". In the process of organic food production, all agricultural resources are used instead of non-agricultural energy such as fertilizers, pesticides, production regulators and additives to influence and change the energy cycle of agriculture. Food is divided into four grades, namely:
1, organic food: the highest grade, organic planting and processing methods, products meet the requirements and standards of international or national organic food, and passed the certification of national certification bodies.
2. Green food: it is divided into grade A and AA, among which AA is basically equivalent to organic food and is pure natural food.
3, pollution-free food: basic level, the standard is relatively low.
4. Ordinary food: There is no specific certification mark or standard.
