Practice of steaming dried eel with sausage
1. Soak eels for 10 minutes until they become soft.
2. Put it at the bottom of the plate.
3. Slice the sausage and put it on the dried squid. The sausage should not be too thin. It is best to be fat and thin, fat but not greasy. The steamed oil is absorbed by the squid, and the dried fish is better.
4. Shred ginger, cut garlic moss and put it on it.
5. Add appropriate steamed fish sauce and cooking wine.
6. Pour in a little oyster sauce.
7. Cover with plastic wrap and steam for ten minutes. Cover with plastic wrap to avoid water vapor flowing back to the basin during steaming, which will make the soup taste weak.
8. Stir and eat after steaming.
