Ingredients
lettuce
handfuls
shiitake mushrooms
bacon (optional)
Ginger, minced green onion
Salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence
Steps of cooking lettuce and mushrooms
Step 1
Wash the lettuce, drain the water and break it into two pieces with your hands. Soak the mushrooms in advance, wash and slice the bacon (you can leave it out if you like to be vegetarian)
Step 2
Cut the ginger into thin strips and mince the green onion
Step 3
Heat the pot, add oil and stir-fry the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the bacon and stir-fry for a few times, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly. Add the lettuce, add salt, sugar, oil and chicken essence, stir-fry until the lettuce is cooked through and then remove from the pan.
