Do you need to add white wine to make wine?
When making wine, no liquor or other alcohol-containing substances are added.

The wine making process is a process in which yeast uses sugar to convert into alcohol. During the fermentation process, when the yeast quantity, temperature, sugar and anaerobic conditions are met, the grape juice can be fermented.

Here’s how to make wine at home:

Take 10 pounds of grapes as an example: remove stems from 10 pounds of grapes, crush them, add sugar (white sugar 10% ~ 15%), mix evenly and then add yeast (active dry yeast for baking dough) 5~ 10 grams, sealed fermentation. Exhaust gas twice a day for the first 10 days, then filter for more than 20 days. It will be brewed in one month and is ready to drink.

Precautions:

Before fermenting wine, crush the grapes but not the seeds. After 4 days of fermentation, the wine taste should be present. The gas production is also relatively large. Stir it two or three times a day to discharge the gas and the volume will decrease.

Whether it tastes good or not depends on your personal preference. If you like sweet wine, add sugar before drinking the wine. Once it dissolves, you can drink it. If you like the dry version, you can drink it without adding sugar.
