1. Pour the tapioca flour into a basin, add a small amount of water to the pot, add 6 pieces of brown sugar and boil
2. Burn the brown sugar Boil, must boil, remember! Turn off the heat and pour the cooked brown sugar into the pot of tapioca flour and stir quickly. If the tapioca flour is stirred with water other than boiling water, it will make you doubt your life! ! ! It will become a non-Newtonian fluid
3. Make the cassava flour into a dough like this. Be careful that it will be a little hot when making the dough
4. Use a knife to cut the dough into 4 small doughs. Take out one piece and cover the rest with plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out. Roll it into long strips with your hands, cut it off and cut it into small particles. Add a little tapioca flour to prevent it from sticking together
5. Pot Add an appropriate amount of water to the boil and pour in the pearls. Cook until they are transparent. Stir frequently during this period, otherwise they will stick together. Cook until they are transparent. Add cold water to the bowl, take them out, and rinse with cold water twice
6. Add brown sugar to the pot and add water to boil. Pour the pearls that have been cooled into the boiled brown sugar. This will make the pearls more flavorful and delicious
7. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add black tea and bring to a boil, then cover. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the milk tea leaves without removing them. Add the milk directly (I put 4 bags of 180 ml). Add rock sugar and white sugar. Add as much as you like. Turn on medium heat and pour in the milk. Cook until the milk is colored and the tea smells fragrant. Come out and turn off the heat
