Practice of seaweed rape
Preparation of ingredients: cut off the roots of fresh rape, wash and control the moisture, put a proper amount of dried seaweed into a small bowl and soak it in warm water for ten minutes. Cut garlic cloves into minced garlic and cut into Jiang Mo for later use.
