How to make water tofu: 1. Add light soy sauce to minced meat, 1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper powder (to remove the fishy smell), 1/2 tsp pepper, 2 tsp light soy sauce, and sugar 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, stir evenly;
