1. Ingredients:
A small handful of sweet corn kernels, 3 tablespoons of corn flour, 3 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of water, 15g of white sugar, and 5g of oil.
2. Method:
(1) Peel a small handful of sweet corn.
(2) Cook and set aside.
(3) Mix corn flour, flour and white sugar.
(4) Add 6 tablespoons of water.
(5) Stir evenly into a particle-free batter.
(6) Crack in an egg and continue mixing evenly.
(7) Add cooked corn kernels.
(8) Just make it even.
(9) Wash the pan with a layer of oil. Pour in the normal batter, turn the bottom of the pan, turn over after setting, and fry both sides until cooked through.
