Dog Meat Soup
Ingredients: 250 grams of dog meat, 15 grams of dodder seeds, 10 grams of salt, monosodium glutamate, ginger, onion, and cooking wine
Preparation
1 . Wash the dog meat, put the whole piece into a pot of boiling water and blanch it thoroughly, take it into cold water to wash off the blood foam, and cut it into 3.2 cm long cubes; cut the ginger and green onions and set aside.
2. Put the dog meat into the pot, stir-fry with the ginger slices, add cooking wine, then pour the dog meat and ginger slices into the casserole together; at the same time, tie the dodder and attached pieces with gauze. Put it in a casserole with salt and green onions, add an appropriate amount of clear soup, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked and tender.
Usage: When taking it, remove the medicine packet, add MSG, eat meat and drink soup. Take 2 times a day with meals.
