Agkistrodon acutus, also known as Agkistrodon acutus, Agkistrodon acutus, Agkistrodon acutus, Agkistrodon acutus, Agkistrodon acutus, Agkistrodon acutus and Agkistrodon sinensis, is a well-known snake species in Asia, especially in Taiwan Province and South China.
The earliest name of Agkistrodon acutus was "Ba". In Xia and Shang Dynasties, "Ba" gradually evolved from an animal name to a place name (the area where Agkistrodon acutus exists), a family name (the ethnic group living in Ba area) and a country name (the country founded by Ba people). Ancient philology has proved that the original meaning of Ba is connected with "insects and cockroaches".
habitat
Agkistrodon acutus lives in mountainous or hilly areas with an altitude of100-1400 meters. Most of them live near valleys and streams of 300-800 meters, and occasionally enter mountain villages, haunt kitchens and bedrooms, and are closely related to forests.
In summer, I like to move in ditches in mountainous areas. The requirements for habitat conditions are cool and ventilated, with trees and water, and also in tea gardens, farmland and woodpiles, where I can climb trees. In winter, they spend the winter in natural holes formed by tree roots or old rat holes.
