Ingredients:
1 banana, 1 egg, 35g of milk, 10g of milk powder, 25g of low gluten flour, 15g of lo-carb sugar, 1g of baking powder, 10g of honey.
Practice:
1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces, then put it into a machine with the milk, egg, and Zero-Carb Sugar and mix well. (Or use a spoon to crush and mash the bananas into a puree, then add the eggs and milk and mix well)
2. Then pour the blended liquid into a small bowl, sift in the low gluten flour, milk powder, baking powder, and use an egg whisk to mix well.
3. Cover with plastic wrap against the batter and let it relax a little for a few minutes.
4. Heat a multifunctional pan at low temperature without oil. The skillet is non-stick, so spoon the mixed batter directly into the pan.
5. Pour the batter and wait quietly, when there are small bubbles on the surface of the batter, use a silicone spatula to carefully flip the batter, remember to always keep the heat low! Don't rush!
6. When cooled, stack up and drizzle with a little honey for a better flavor!
