Ingredients
Silverfish 150 grams
Egg tofu 1 box

Carrot ?

Silverfish tofu egg soup practice steps
Step 1
Carrots cut small dice. Eggs tofu cut strips, blanched (purely personal habits, can be ignored) Silverfish cleaned. Onion, ginger, cooking wine, gently scratched and pinched.

Put a small pot of water in the amount of soup, into the carrot diced, boil, set aside.

As soon as the fish turns white, pour in the reserved diced carrot stock. Boil and simmer for 2 minutes, add the tofu, until the soup boils.

In the meantime, prepare the water starch, add the beaten egg. Add salt, sugar, white pepper slightly more.
