Braised chicken wings
1. Wash chicken wings and drain.
2. Heat the wok, pour in vegetable oil, add ginger slices and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Deep-fry in chicken wings until both sides are completely discolored.
4. Pour in cooking wine (15g) and mix well.
5. Pour in ordinary soy sauce (30g) and stir well.
6. Flush a proper amount of hot water to flatten the surface of the chicken wings, cover them, and cook for about 10 minutes.
