Article 4? Please do not carry the following inflammable and explosive articles:
Compressed gases and liquefied gases such as hydrogen, methane, ethane, butane, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, acetylene (dissolved in medium), carbon monoxide, liquefied petroleum gas, Freon, oxygen (except bagged medical oxygen for patients to inhale oxygen), water gas; Flammable liquids such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil, benzene, ethanol (alcohol), acetone, ether, paint, thinner, rosin oil and products containing flammable solvents;
Flammable solids such as red phosphorus, glitter powder, solid alcohol, celluloid, foaming agent H; Spontaneous combustion articles such as yellow phosphorus, white phosphorus, nitrocellulose (including film), oil paper and its products; Metal potassium, sodium, lithium, calcium carbide (calcium carbide), magnesium aluminum powder and other flammable items when wet; Oxidants such as potassium permanganate, potassium chlorate, sodium peroxide, potassium peroxide, lead peroxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and organic peroxides.

The Measures for the Administration of Railway Passenger Transport Safety Inspection stipulates that:
Article 9? Security inspectors can open the package for inspection on the spot when they find suspicious items. Passengers should be present when unpacking inspection. ?
If the safety inspectors think that it is not suitable to open the package for inspection on the spot or the passengers declare that it is not suitable for public inspection, they can move it to an appropriate place for inspection according to the actual situation. ?
Article 10? Railway transport enterprises shall take effective measures to strengthen the safety management of passenger stations, provide necessary venues and working conditions for safety inspection, and provide special places for the disposal of dangerous goods. ?
Article 11? Railway transport enterprises shall formulate and implement emergency safety inspection measures to deal with emergencies such as peak passenger flow, bad weather and equipment failure, so as to ensure smooth safety inspection channels. ?
Article 12? If a railway transport enterprise finds out dangerous goods before a passenger enters the station or the shipper consigns them, or if a passenger carries prohibited articles or articles exceeding the prescribed number, the passenger or the shipper may choose to send them back to the station or abandon them for handling. ?
