The method and recipe are as follows:
Recipe: flour, yeast, baking soda, salt, warm water, salad oil.
1. Mix flour and salt, yeast, baking soda and warm water, mix evenly, and stir into the flour.
2. Mix the flour into a smooth dough.
3. Then add some salad oil.
4. Continue kneading until the oil is absorbed by the dough and becomes smooth.
5. Wrap in plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature until 2-3 times in size.
6. Take out the fermented dough, do not knead it, but knead it evenly. Flatten into a wide strip. Then cut into equal strips.
7. Put two small noodles on top of each other and press them in the middle with chopsticks.
8. Use both hands to stretch the two ends, twist them slightly, and put them into the hot oil pan.
9. Use chopsticks to stir the dough sticks to make them bigger and rise. When the fried dough sticks turn golden, take them out and add another one.
10. Drain the fried dough sticks before eating.
