Seasoning: 20g of vegetable oil, 3g of salt and 2g of monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
1. Peel the pumpkin, wash the pulp and shred it;
2. The green pepper is pedicled, and the seeds are washed and shredded;
3. Add a little salt to the pumpkin strips, mix well and marinate for a while, wash with water, and remove the water control;
