This sausage is smoked ham with that smoky flavor, and it tastes better than that regular ham sausage, and frying it with egg is the best match.
Materials
Main ingredient: 300g sausage, 100g green pepper, 2 eggs;
Supplementary ingredients: chopped green onion, garlic cloves, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken broth, salt

Sliced sausage.

Pepper cut into small pieces.

Heat frying pan, add egg mixture and fry until golden brown.

Heat a little oil in a wok, add minced garlic, stir fry the garlic flavor, then add shredded green onion.

Stir fry the sausage for a minute.

Stir in the green peppers and stir-fry until raw, add a few drops of soy sauce and a little oyster sauce and stir-fry.
