How to Peel Sweet Corn Kernels
First method, use a peeler or long kitchen knife. Start by breaking the corn in the center.
Stand the small section of corn on the board, press the corn with one hand, hold the peeling knife with the other hand, aim at the root of the kernel of corn to stab down, a knife down, probably able to scrape off two rows of corn kernels.
If you only have a kitchen knife, that's fine too. Aim the knife at the root of the kernel, don't cut too hard, and it's best to cut off only one row of kernels with each stab, then turn the cob slightly to continue cutting the next row of kernels.
Because the knife is used to cut, so each knife down only cut a row, and cut down the corn kernel kernel shape is very complete, cut down the corn kernel appearance is also very smooth.
Method two
The second method, with a fork. Still first, break the corn in two from the center.

Choose a better quality fork, stainless steel kind of ah, with a fork inserted from the place where the corn is broken to push forward.

Because the fork is wider, it is easy to shovel out three rows.

After there is a gap, the rest of the kernels are peeled off directly by hand, it's easy to still peel cleanly, and the kernels are intact.
