Pear and duck can be eaten together. A common one is water chestnut, snow pear and duck soup.
Ingredients: 250 grams of duck meat, 1 snow pear, 75 grams of water chestnuts, 10 grams of snow lotus seeds, and 5 grams of wolfberry.
Seasoning: 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence, 5 ml of cooking wine.
Steps:
1. First put the duck ribs into a pot and blanch them, so that the blood stains and odor of the duck ribs can be removed.
2. Blanch the duck quickly and put it into a clay pot with boiling water.
3. Put cooking wine.
4. Put a few slices of ginger, there will be no soup without ginger.
5. Add snow lotus seeds and wolfberry.

7. Simmer for 90 minutes and wait patiently.
8. After 90 minutes, put the water chestnuts and snow pears into the pot.
9. Simmer for another 20 minutes. Don’t forget to cook the soup.
After 10 or 20 minutes, add salt and chicken essence, and the dish is done.
