Ingredients: day lily, carrot, water-cured fungus, edible oil, salt, green onion, chicken essence.
Steps:
Step 1. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, put in the day lily and cook for a while.
Step 2. Rinse the cooked day lily in cold water several times and drain it for later use.
Step 3: Wash and shred the carrots, pick and wash the fungus and cut into strips, and cut the green onions into sections.
