Seasoned Hua Diao Chicken

Ingredients

1 imitation clay boneless chicken thigh, 6 slices of ginger, 6 dried shiitake mushrooms, 2 apricot mushrooms, 1 green onion, 1/2 chili pepper, 3 cloves of garlic,

3 dried chili peppers (can be omitted), 100~120 ml of Hua Diao wine, 2 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tsp of spicy soy sauce,

Debone and cut the chicken thighs into pieces, and marinate in the marinade for about 30 minutes; soften and cut the dried shiitake mushrooms into halves; cut the almond mushrooms into chunks; slice the ginger; slice the garlic; cut the green onion into pieces; cut the chili pepper into diagonal slices; rinse and set aside the dried chili peppers.
