The steamed stuffed bun is wrapped and put in a steamer, and it takes more than two hours to wake up. The degree of awakening is based on the swelling of the steamed stuffed bun. In fact, the time for steaming steamed buns is very short, and 17 or 18 minutes is enough. Steaming stuffed buns with meat often takes a little longer than ordinary buns, which takes about 20 minutes.
One more thing to note is that after steaming, don't open the lid in a hurry. Stay on the stove with the fire off for 5 minutes and then leave the fire for 3 minutes before opening the lid.
Method for steaming steamed buns without sticking to drawer cloth
1, don't rush to unload the drawer after the steamed buns are cooked. Uncover the lid of the steamer and steam for 3-5 minutes. After the top cage of steamed buns quickly dries up, unload the drawer and flip it on the chopping board, and take off the drawer cloth. In this way, the steamed stuffed bun neither sticks to the drawer cloth nor to the chopping board. Wait a while before unloading the second cage, if so, unload it in turn.
2. Wash the drawer cloth after use and soak it with water before use.
3. If the steamer is made of aluminum, the drawer cloth is not needed. Wash and dry the cage grate first, apply some cooking oil slightly, put the steamed stuffed bun on it, and it is easy to take it out after cooking.
