Ingredients: 30g of dried ginger, 30g of jujube and 30g of brown sugar.
Practice: wash the first two flavors, chop dried ginger into powder, remove the core of jujube, add brown sugar and fry until cooked, and eat jujube in soup.
Efficacy: It has the effect of warming meridians and dispelling cold. Suitable for cold dysmenorrhea and chloasma.
2. Siwutang
Ingredients: Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Radix Paeoniae Alba, ribs, and salt.
Practice: Wash and chop the ribs and soak them in water. Cleaning Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba. Boil the water in the casserole, add all the ingredients, boil with strong fire, simmer for one hour, and season with salt.
Efficacy: tonify blood and regulate menstruation, moisten and nourish hair, and improve pale face and rough skin.
3. Yuner jujube eel soup
Materials: 2~3 Monopterus albus, 3 tremella, 10 red dates and 3 ginger slices.
Practice: Wash tremella and jujube separately, soak them slightly, tear them apart and remove the core. Wash the eel, scald it with hot water to remove mucus, wash it, cut it into pieces, put it in a pottery jar with ginger, and add 2000 ml (8 bowls) of clear water.
