Practice steps
1. Dice beef and vegetables, peel tomatoes with hot water and cut into small pieces.
After the beef is scalded with cold water, it must be washed with hot water. Stir-fry half an onion in hot oil in a pot, add beef and stir fry, then add freshly ground black pepper, and be careful not to fry it dry.
3. Cook the fried onion and meat in a saucepan. The water and fragrant leaves in the pot have been boiled. Add a spoonful of salt to season beef and cook for 10 minutes. If it is a casserole or ordinary soup pot, it will take about 45 minutes. Slow down before adding salt, cook the meat.
4. Put potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and cabbage into the stew pot, turn off the fire, put them into the stew pot, and cover them for stewing. Remember to put tomatoes and potatoes in half first.
