Suzhou Daoxiang Village was founded in Suzhou on 1773 (thirty-eight years of Qingganlong), and its main products are Chinese cakes, green salt preserves, candies, roasted seeds and nuts, etc. It has been in business for nearly two and a half centuries. It is one of the oldest enterprises in the pastry industry in China, and it is also a nationally certified "China Time-honored Brand". It is a well-known traditional pastry brand at home and abroad. Daoxiang Village, with its long history, exquisite skills and excellent reputation, is known as the pastry master and the supreme pastry industry.

Suzhou Daoxiang Village originated from 1773 with a history of 246 years. At that time, it was called "Suzhou Daoxiang Village Tea Shop". When Emperor Qianlong went down to the south of the Yangtze River, he ate cakes in Daoxiang Village, Suzhou, praised them as "delicious food" and inscribed a plaque, which became famous all over the world. The "Xiang Tao Village" font size and signboard of the brush are used for shop signs, door heads and product packaging.
